Booking a Court for Casual Use

Welcome to Pay2Play - Pirates Squash Club's court booking system for Casual Players. ​

This is a very simple and flexible system for booking a court to play Squash or Racketball. You don't need to meet anybody for access to the club, as at the confirmation of your online credit card payment, you will receive an email with an access code to the doors and the court lights will turn on automatically as per your booking time. The access code is valid for 30 minutes before your booking to allow enough time to get changed and warm up. The code is automatically deleted 30 minutes after your booking ends, just enough time to warm down and have a shower. 

Booking a court for casual use is three simple steps:
  1. Log into the iSquash system (or create a login the first time), 
  2. Select Pirates Squash Club and choose a hour our time slot that suits you,
  3. Pay the $10 court fee via credit card and await your access instructions by email. 
Of course, some terms and conditions apply, and as long as you are happy to abide by these, we would be delighted for you to use our facilities. ​

IMPORTANT NOTES WHEN AT THE CLUB
  • The door access code sent to you by email will work for 30 mins before your game time until 30 mins after the end of your game time. This allows you changing room time and shower and cooling down. You code will not work after this, please remember to take all your possessions with you when you go. 
  • There are two doors to enter this code to access the club. You will know it has worked at the blue light strip along the top will turn green. 
  • The lights for the court you have selected will be ready to go for your time slot, but you still have to click the silver timer button outside each court's door to activate them. This time lasts for 75 mins, enough time for your one hour game. The computer booking however controls the lights, this timer button is simply a circuit connection to activate them.

 Step by Step Instructions  - How to make a booking with Pay2Play 

Making a booking with Pay2Play
  1. Click on the Book Now button above which will take you to iSquash (Squash NZ's national booking system).
  2. Enter your iSquash login and password  (if you have one already) and click Login
  3. If you don't have a iSquash account, you can create one. IMPORTANT NOTE: You must leave the check box ticked for receiving emails from "Squash NZ". If not, you will not receive an email with the door code when you book a court. We cannot access this code for you, so you must have this ticked in order to receive the email with your door code. 
Once you are logged into iSquash, you can make a court booking.
  1. Click 'Pay to Play Clubs' on the left hand menu.
  2. Under Otago, select Pirates Squash Club. You will be taken to a bookings calendar.
  3. Select the Pay to Play Tab along the top and then click on the time slot you wish to book. These are in one hour intervals. 
  4. Click OK to confirm your booking.
  5. Click Pay for Booking to book your chosen time slot.
Payment is made via credit card.
  1. Enter your credit card details and click submit and wait for the approval page from the PaymentExpress. 
  2. A booking confirmation email will be generated with your door access code. This will include details on how to gain access to the courts and other relevant information.
  3. NOTE: You will not receive this confirmation email if you have unticked the check box to receive emails from "Squash NZ". To correct this, go to iSquash and login, go to "Edit my Profile" and check the box in the bottom right of the screen for receiving email from "Squash NZ". Click "Save".
