Promotional Terms & Conditions

1. Entry to the prize draw is open to players who:

1.1. Register for the Pirates Squash Club Tournament (25–26 July 2025), and

1.2. Reside outside of the Dunedin city boundary (Ōtepoti), and

1.3 Complete their registration by 11:59pm, Friday 12 July 2025 (NZST).

2. One entry per out-of-town player will be included in the prize draw.

3. The prize is a two-night stay (Friday 25 – Sunday 27 July 2025) at the following property: https://www.airbnb.co.nz/rooms/32366021

4. The booking is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Dates are fixed.

5. The prize includes accommodation only and does not cover travel, meals, or other expenses.

6. The draw will take place and be announced on Monday 15 July 2025 via email and social media.

7. The winner agrees to provide their name and a photo (if comfortable) for promotional purposes.

8. Pirates Squash Club reserves the right to verify eligibility and modify or cancel the promotion if necessary.
